MY STORY

Hi, I’m Jen — a BASRaT-registered Sports Rehabilitator and the founder of Rejen8 Rehab. I set up Rejen8 to provide expert, one-to-one, evidence-based care for anyone looking to move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free — whether you're an athlete, weekend warrior, outdoor enthusiast, or just a regular human whose knees make mysterious noises.
After graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Sport Rehabilitation from the University of Cumbria, I’ve worked in both clinical and sporting settings. I currently support Penrith Rugby Union Club, offering on-pitch injury care, hands-on treatments, and tailored rehabilitation support for players.
In the past, I’ve volunteered at high-demand endurance events like the Brathay 10in10 Marathon and the Fred Whitton Cycling Challenge, offering post-event massage, injury support, and recovery advice to participants. I’ve also worked at Salt Ayre Gym and in the University of Cumbria’s student rehab clinic, gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of clients and injuries.
I’m trained in manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, acupuncture, cupping, NMES, kinesiology taping, and exercise prescription — all grounded in up-to-date research and practical experience. I tailor every treatment or plan to the individual, aiming not just to treat the symptoms, but to rebuild function, prevent re-injury, and help people regain confidence in their bodies.
Rejen8 Rehab is here to help you feel stronger, move better, and get back to doing the things you love — whether that’s competitive sport, mountain adventures, or just being able to bend down without making a sound effect.
