Acupuncture & Dry Needling for Recovery

Precision-based needling to relieve pain, reduce tension, and support healing.
This session combines acupuncture and dry needling techniques to help relieve pain, release trigger points, improve movement, and support balance and recovery. Includes a short consultation and aftercare advice.
